I definitely think part of the habit of smoking includes the oral fixation. But, then you still have the habit of smoking, essentially, so I don't know about the electronic cigarette…it uses these cartridges that you have to replace, so the expense is still an issue as well.

I've trained myself in and out of so many habits, I feel like it is ultimately more beneficial to change my behavior completely. Although, because there is some pleasure in smoking, I wonder if I will always have that temptation — in which case I'd rather have a substitute!

Undecided, basically. If you think it would work for you, try it and let me know!!!

OMG you are way too funny! Thanks for doing these vids, I quit smoking 2 months ago (cold turkey). The first month was fine, no problems, no cravings. Then WHAM! on the second month all i want is a cig. Everywhere I look people are smoking and I want to breathe their second hand smoke. Whats wrong with me?!

Anyway, I was thinking about using an electronic cig (without the nictotine). What are your thoughts on that? Is that courting disaster?
