Well, this is the end of my six-week experiment: Weekly training sessions with my new friend Seven. Final results are in. I dropped body fat down to 10% and gained muscle, changed my eating habits to include meals every three hours and amped up my workouts.
These are really terrible pics, but as you can see my arms and chest are bigger, while the waistline has been trimmed down. Plus, I got a haircut and shaved.
I feel energized, stronger and more youthful in just six weeks, five days a week. Imagine what the next 30 days of training will bring!
